availability of Futaba

availability of Futaba is it going to be a problem to the point a guy may want to switch brands? The only reason I ask is when I go to Amain most of the Futaba receivers are on back order and radios and servos have about half showing on back order.

I switched for this reason. I needed some more receivers and could not find any.
I tried a knock off receiver from Hobby King. Worked for a little while, but freaked out on an indoor track. Good news is that many companies are making excellent products and Futaba has pretty good resale value.

I'm really surprised 2 months after Hobbico's exclusive rights ended Futaba hasn't found a new home. You can always order off the international market, like RCMart,
Ebay also has a large selection of most Futaba stuff, is there a reason ordering from a ebay seller is no good?

Futaba was picked up by Horizon look at Futabas home page https://www.futabarc.com @2018 Horizon Hobby LLC All rights reserved. Give it some time for turnover and Futaba will be fine just like Arrma. Don't give up I don't believe Futabas going away.

Futaba will be back up and running soon. There are changing locations with the whole hobbico buy out right now. And yeah it's hard to find them and the people who have them used are price gouging right now. But Futaba is great they're not going anywhere. You can visit their website Futaba usa.com and sign up for a email update to know what's happening as time goes on.
