Default Futaba receiver

So my Futaba rx just blinks red. I try to bind it to my FPV 4 & sometimes it just quits blinking, but never binds. Is the rx no good, i'm new to the hobby & cant figure it out. This is a used rx but it did work in my vehicle before putting new esc in. I put the cheap RTR radio & rx back in & everything works.

Be as detailed as possible when asking questions. In your case what receiver, what esc, what battery and what model of rc do you have?

Make sure the receiver type is T-FH (starting on page 33 of the manual) and you may have to bring the radio closer to the receiver.

More than likely you have the radio set on the wrong transmission mode and it is not matching the RX. Futaba has a few different protocols such as Fasst, C2 etc. You have to make sure you have your transmitter set to the receiver you are trying to link.
