Uh didn’t they advertise a 1/8th 4x4 monster truck a year ago and ended up a no go?

I say epic fail again

I was waiting for this one:

Serpent Monster Truck

What gives? That looks like an expensive 2WD Slash MT conversion. Sorta.

Yup that’s the one I was actually going to go for. I was really excited and anxious about it but I guess I’ll keep saving for a Tekno mt10

I don't understand what market they're trying to corner with this release... Sportsman class? Only thing I can think of it being is an alternative to a Stampede. Why release this instead of a Stadium truck?

I sure hope the 1/8 MT is a real thing, because this is really disappointing. A 2 wheel drive, buggy based, monster truck from a premium brand? I'm not feeling it.

It would be an amazing release...in 2009.

Ugh.

... I see Serpent is taking a nose dive. Serpent used to stand for quality. This is a let down, looks like a basically streched ST or maybe an SC that the slapped some 1/10 MT tires on! Horrible...

if it ever comes out, just wait to see the kids faces when they realize their 2wd MT is not going to work like the 4wd MT it is intended to look like!

The 80's called and want their 2wd MT back ( when they raced Blackfoot, Marui Big Bear, RC10 & JRX2 conversions)

Thanks for that pic 1/8 IC fan. That brings back memories. I remember when I saw my first JRX-T on 8.4v on the dirt oval. Draw dropped back then!

So it's just a staduim/shkrt course LCG truck with monster truck sized tires?!

Meh, I'll keep my 19 year old Stampede.
