3PV or Dx5C

I thought i was done with racing, but we now have a 1/5 dirt oval track now. I am looking at replacing the rtr radio with one of these. leaning towards the futaba.
I have never owned a spectrum so....
I am a little concerned over the size of the futaba.
Thoughts.....and thanks.

I have no experience of anything else remotely recent, so my opinion counts for little, but I'm perfectly happy with my DX5c. It has more than enough adjustments than I could ever need and it's going to take me a while to work my way through them all. Took my buggy to the park today and got far further away (other side of a full-size running track) than I would ever want to on a regular basis with no signal problems.
It does feel slightly plastic-y in my opinion, but I don't know that any comparable radio would be any different. It's super lite, so I can't imagine any long-term comfort issues.

Run a 3PV myself. use it in both my racing vehicles and its great. not as well built as say a 4pv or 4psl but it does well. I was even able to get mine with the 4 channel telemetry receiver so its great wit that added feature. heaps of different things to tune, change, etc. For the price i love it. dont see myself upgrading anytime soon to be honest.

Go the 3pv. Its similar specs to the flagship 4px transmitter.
Spektrum has too many issues, even in their newer transmitters, and they feel more toy like as opposed to the other high end transmitters.
