Default Receiver compatibility with high voltage servos

I bought a used 1/5 scale car that came with a sanwa RX-472 receiver and high voltage servos.

I'd like to get a futaba R304SB receiver instead and run a 7.4V 2S lipo receiver battery. On the Sanwa receiver spec it says no voltage regulator is required and that it can directly take 2S lipo, but on the futaba it just says "high voltage compatible". Does this mean I am still able to use the futaba?

Thanks
