I build all my diffs this way even my 1/8 scales it’s really the only way to build them the same every time

Yep. Vertical play—a little less than 1mm at the akerman plate. The bellcranks also have similar vertical play on their posts.

Ok. I may have an issue with the bent ballcups on the steering rod. I have two identical bent ballcups. By their appearance and measurement, they appear to both be for the left side. This raises two questions:

1. Has anyone receive an actual left AND right bent ballcup?
2. For those who flipped it over and used it on the right side of the car, how much binding, if any, did you experience compared to the left side ?

do any bodies for other cars fit the yz4sf? i wonder when proline will come out with a body for it

I can't remember any Proline body for a Yokomo buggy of late - so maybe never. Or maybe, if Yokomo gets bigger in the US, the aftermarket companies will show more interest than in the past... only time will tell.

jconcepts is hopefully working on an S2 and F2 body for it right now. Seems Yokomo is a mostly jconcepts company focus, so I doubt proline will do a body unless they pick up a pro-line driver.

sloppy here too, thought it was the front hub carriers, but its all in the steering, will install my aluminum upgrade today and see if it takes the slop out. It doesnt seem to hurt performance, but it reminds me of a Hot Bodies car.

I agree, with the Yokomo presence growing in the US it won't be long before there are numerous options available.

Proline may make a body for the SF. As JC said JCON will have some options. Who knows we may see some other small entity turn out a SF body. I love my YOK’s. With that said I an not in love with the SF body but that’s just my opinion.

Returning to the hobby, I’m finding all of these forward cab designs unsightly. A windshield with a thick-ass shock tower right in front of it tests the limits of my ability to suspend belief.

Still, I look forward to seeing what you guys do for bodies.
