I have been wanting to build another drag car for some time and I just saw the Nova body for the first time yesterday.

It lead me to the JConcepts page and this post. Now I am intrigued with building one myself.

From the looks of it, I think the best route might be to build one piece by piece instead of buying a RTR VXL bandit.

If you are interested in selling the JConcepts wheels and tires, I would be interested in them.

Latest on the build is a took a break, lol. I just had a buddy glue the wheels so they looked nice.

I've been debating trying to find someone to do a nice job on painting the body. I got ripped off getting bodies painted in the past so I need I be careful.

Since it's winter I've just been busy with rcs I can run in the snow.

I'm not really interested in selling the wheels, but the whole drag car will be for sale when it's finished, lol.

Thanks for asking about it.

Thanks, I really like the nova body. Just waiting to paint or to hire someone. Attaching the front and rear bumpers should be fun.

It's made specifically for it. I think I'm gonna buy a couple more.

I was looking a chassis a while back to convert a Slash to a drag car and liked the look of the RC racing innovations ones. They had a LCG Slash and a Funny car they were supposedly communing out with. There stuff has droped off of Ebay and there web site wont open for me. Just wondering if there done or if it just me not finding them.

Good friend of mine built the Street Eliminator with the Nova. I panicked painting it for him, but it turned out pretty good I think. I liked the car so much I started one of my own. Made it out of my bandit. I'm not changing the body though... I like the look. Lol
