Ordered my aluminum caps and my trick TiNi shafts Monday from amain got them today. Same order different topic but if any of you guys are looking for ride height gauge I got the aluminum one from Jconcepts with the same order and very very nice 10mm to 40mm very nice piece plus the arm is longer with a more posative feel at the end of the arm taking said measurement you either know what I mean or think Im a weirdo either way works for me lol

nah I ordered straight from Tekno. I should have just added them to my Amain order that day though lol.
man I swear I have the worst luck with parts when I build a new kit. That's why I bought extra plastic shock caps before the build, and sure enough I needed them
But I'm painting my first body so I am the master of my first practice destiny hehe. Well, me and DHL who still has the Receiver box stuck in Germany
And DRC is gonna paint me up one of those LFR A2 bodies but I imagine that'll be another week or two out
That should be sweet though and well worth the wait.

You ever see the bowling movie "KINGPIN"? Getting Munsoned is a phrase in the movie.......in R/C they call it getting STLNLST'ed There's not a kit I have purchased that I had to either get parts from a factory driver or wait for the manufacturer to correct their mistake. When I get my Tekno I'm just gonna hand it to Mason and pray everything is in there.....LOL Ever receive shock shafts that had the groves for the piston and e-clips on one end but hinge pin smooth on the other? That was my Losi kit a while back

Was watching some of the coverage of the 4wd worlds and the Lutz car didn't finish P7. The announcers said that wasn't the first time the car had broke. Not trying to be "that guy" as there is enough negativity on the FB group and our local experience so far is that car has been solid.... But anybody know what happened?

Had some tests yesterday with the car. The car now has a complete carpet setup:
CF front Tower
-2 CF rear Tower
CF mid plate
CF front plate
CF battery strap
Optional lowering C and D block in the rear
Optional servoarm
Red springs in front
Orange springs in the back
No rear brace
18t pinion
Schumacher Cactus front and rear tires
Running 650 shock oil in rear and 725 in front. The diffs are 7k / 80k / 20k. Ride height 15mm. Runs -2 camber front and rear. No stop washers on the steering because of a smaller and technical track.
I must say the car is now awesome on the track, huge difference compared to 60k oil in the center diff. No rear lift on the wheels at all. The car pulls hard and sweeps corners like nothing I have tested Before.

Hey Tekno, please consider the following for future releases of the EB410.x
Offer 2 versions... Factory Team version and Basher version... my biggest peeve is getting nickle and dimed on upgrades that ultimately cost me as much or more than the original price of the kit. I'm okay with pricing being a little more, but would like to think that a bulk discount can be applied for those who want everything the team drivers are getting in their kits without having to cross reference/inspect photos and hunt down/guess which parts to order, then pay multiple shipping expenses based on what's currently in stock because if you wait for "x" to come in stock, they "y" or "z" may have gone out of stock while waiting for "x".
Just bringing these concerns to your attention in case you didn't realize what's happening.
Thanks

This buggy has JUST been released, many places don't even have a fluid supply of the kit yet. Also, considering that this is Tekno's first version/release of a very popular, competitive platform, I feel they did an outstanding job. I've not seen spare and upgrade parts become reasonably available so quickly after a new kits been released as I've seen with the EB410 - new option and even spare parts are coming daily.
What would you put in the said "Factory Team" version? Many might not agree and you would then be asking them to pay for something YOU find necessary, but others may not. Asking any company to tailor a product perfectly for you is a stretch don't you think?
