What body is on savage sams mt410? Is it the PL 1980 chevy pickup body? Does anyone have that body with badlands? I'd like to see what that looks like. I was going to get the raptor body but I'd like to see what some other bodies look like first.

Also debating which badlands to get, the regular ones or the new ones. Don't know if they are really new but I've been out of the mt scene for awhile and I never seen the wide badlands before. I didn't want something as wide as the trencher and I see the new badlands are a little narrower than those and a little taller. What you guys think between the old vs new version?

The dBoots Backflip tires from the Arrma Outcast are the perfect size monster truck tire in my opinion. They're on the left, and the Proline Badlands are on the right.

Those do look good. Never seen those before. You got a front pic so I can see how wide they are? And what about quality? Will those hold up to the abuse?

Just looked up the size. I think I might get these they are in the middle of the original badlands and the badlands mx38. Those may be perfect. I didn't want too wide but I kinda felt the orig badlands was too narrow. Anybody got a pic of these on their mt410?

Just gota find em in stock now

I haven't had them for that long but I haven't seen any problems with the quality.

Just saw that. I'm not sure I really like the wheel they used. What about the tire compound and how they handle? U like em so far as far as performance? Do they balloon bad? I noticed you had fishing line on em. I tried that before when I saw you do it on your orange and green et48. I couldn't get it right. Couldn't tie it tight enough or something

Next dilemma... I have an eb48.3 I was debating selling. It has a tekin rx8/viper 1900kv motor. I was thinking about using the electronics in the mt410 but Usually the 1900kv motors are more for buggies so I wanted to get the tekin 2000kv truggy motor but $160 for a motor is pretty expensive. I'm either Gna buy a new combo which I haven't fully decided whic yet. Or I was Gna use the rx8 and just get a new motor. What other motors are out there that is made for a truggy or MT that will work good with the rx8?

They feel just like Badlands but larger, the handling is excellent for a big tire. I belted them when I first got them so I'm not sure how much they balloon normally, 4S may be fine but 6S would make them balloon I'm sure.

I'm going to pickup the delrin Pistons. What size would be best? I see the manual calls out tkr6051 which is 8x1.3 but that part number comes up on Amain as discontinued.

Just to confirm the xr8/2250kv and max8/2200kv combos both fit in the mt410?
I was just measuring my eb48.3 and it looks like it may not fit with the 74mm motor. I've read a couple ppl say they bought that combo but is there any modification that you guys had to do like cut the chasis brace or anything? If you guys can post some pics I'd appreciate it so I can see how the layout looks.
Also what size pinion should I start with if using the 2200 or 2250kv motor? About 15, 16?

To fit those electronics, you just need to be smart about wire management. Not gonna lie though, it'll be a tight squeeze. You may only have 10mm of space between the ESC and motor.

And I'd start at 15 for the pinion and see how you like the power and see if motor/ESC temps are happy.

Ya I've had an et48 with a mm2 and a eb48 with an older hwxerun which were both tight squeezes so I am familiar with how to run the wires in the tekno chasis but I just wanted to make sure they did in deed fit and if I would have to modify anything
I am having a very hard time deciding which electronics to get. Either strip out my eb48.3 rx8/1900kv combo or go with another tekin setup, hw or castle. Im a very indecisive person lol.
I am also having a hard time with the servo. I have a savox 2274 which is good specs for buggies and truggies (367/.08). Will that be plenty of torque for this truck or should I be looking for over 400oz? I have found some around 450oz but they are around .12-.15 speeds. Not sure if that is too slow. Or if I wouldn't even tell the difference between .13 and .08
