The D block is a good option, yes. It allows you the full range of toe/ anti-squat adjustments as well as raising/lowering the hinge pin. The inserts are already in the kit.

Breakage Update:

I just wanted to post a update on broken parts I have experienced. First and foremost I have really taken this car through some wicked tumbles and rarely have I broken a part. With that said, I had the right rear axle hub carrier break. The portion that holds the ball stud mounting hardware broke off.

I was looing at upgrading these to aluminum but want to hear if any one else has used the aluminum. I was wondering what they do to handling since it completly changes the way the ball stud is mounted.

I run the aluminum hubs without issues. Yes the ballstuds are mounted vertical instead of horizontal, but as long as you space the ball stud correctly it will maintain the stock geometry.

I realized that, but figured it would give you enough info to get you close.

Caioz1jp, I too have broken two rear hub carriers and two of those black plastic inserts. I replaced with stock parts, After the replacement broke. I just bought schelle aluminum hub carriers. I haven't broken anything else. Except for wings, haha

I went with Schelle hubs right from the get go and my car handles amazing. I also have another B6 with stock hubs and my next upgrade is another set of Schelle hubs if that answers your question. Associated is also coming out with their own set soon enough too if you would prefer wait for them. I broke the stock set myself

Have had my car for a month, about 30 packs through the car. Haven't broken a single thing, not even a popped ball-cup.

Default For running in the 17.5 class

Just for clarification.

for the tekin 17.5 motors the RPM version is intended for onroad cars and the redline is meant for offroad right?

You can't have the widest spacing and and 2.5. U can have wide spacing in the rear and and a little more narrow in the fr to get it but that's how it works by changing in the pin angle. You realize that right?
