Airtonics Mt4 Steering issue
#1
Hi, I have a Mt4 radio and the steering will no longer center properly. I took it apart and the metal piece with the spring tension has worn a groove into the plastic steering shaft causing the issue.
My problem is finding a replacement part. I went to airtronics web site and clicked on "contact us" but it gets a error every time stating "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later."
Does anyone know where I can buy internal parts for this radio? or possible another solution?
Thank you,
Roger

Serpent USA is the new distributor for Sanwa in the USA.
Hobby People ( aka Global Hobbies ) used to be the Airtronics distributor and still lists a lot of parts on their web site.
Might be worth a call to either shop to see if you can get parts.

I didn't know I had that mixed up...... thank you for the correction. Smith, it isn't in the settings at all, the wheel itself has lots of slop due to the worn out shaft. the remote picks up the movement properly, it just has no resistance at the center.
I tried to email sanwa from the website also with no luck. The email said "The user(s) account is temporarily over quota."
I hope the support isn't always this difficult. I ordered the new m12s also but I still want this remote to work properly for my son. We are starting the switch from Spektrum. Can't wait. :-)

And Airtronics is gone, surprised their web site is up and doesn't say anything.
