Default What is this engine?

Can anyone help me ID this engine.
It came with a RC Revolution 1/8th buggy RTR kit (pictured) purchased about 8-10 years ago. The only info on the engine is that it's a .28 pull start engine.
Looking at the markings on the crank case it looks like it could be an axial???
Any ideas?

Looks like an Alpha, also look up the Axial specs 2S .28, looks the same, save the head and case color.

Thanks.
I was thinking it is an Axial spec 1S, the purple head and non painted crank case was putting doubt in my mind.
Is there any difference in piston, liner and rod (as in replacement) between the 1S and 2S do you know? I'm having trouble finding 1S parts but plenty of 2S available.
