I need some advice from you guys.

I'm running a Serpent Cobra Truggy with a Serpent brushless conversion.

Thing is I can't get any speed out of it!

Spec is;-

Hobbywing 150a speedo with Leopard 1900kv motor. 15T pinion.
2 new packs of 2s 6600 Turnigy lipos connected in series.

I bought the speedo and motor second hand so they might be playing up somehow.

I would appreciate any help and advice you can give me.

Well,
I have since found out from another forum that the speedo wasn't giving me full throttle, perhaps 60%?!!

Going to change the speedo anyways as the set up button seems to have a mind of it's own...and buy a bigger motor!
