Default EXERGEN DX501 - Plastic case broken replacement

Hello,

i have an EXERGEN DX501 temp gun for many years now but since almost at the early stage i notice the plastic quality of the Casing is not so good. in fact it is cracking from everywhere and now it is really time to replace the case.

i would like to know where i can buy a replacement casing for my temp gun since the electronic is still working well.

i try my luck on exergen website but cannot find any replacement parts for this product.

So if somebody have a good idea or adress where to find parts it should be great.

cheers

I think you'll probably need to send it into a service centre to have the work done. I don't think they sell piece part spares.

this is my fear. just check quickly and in fact the plastic casing is quit easy to dismantle. just few screws and that set.

i will try maybe to call them directly unfortunately there is no email on the Exergen website i can use to contact them.

i love this temp gun , so far the most reliable i ever own but service support is not there (not visible).

cheers

For sure nothing comes close to the exergen in quality. I love mine!
