From what I've been hearing, the Team Scream(if you can get one) is THE motor to buy right now, & in their case, they do make sure that everything is as advertised, while pretty much ANY Trinity motor is a matter of luck on whether you get a good one or not(only their sponsored drivers get the hand-picked motors, everyone else must rely on luck even if they're paying for the Certified ones, there's a chance of getting a strong one, & an equal chance of getting a lemon, or something in the middle). At least Team Scream, Fantom, Motiv, etc. actually spend individual time testing ALL their motors, so you actually get what you pay for from them....
