For those that have never raced carpet off-road, here are some setup tips:
2WD Buggy Front Tires
Schumacher Cut Stagger Low Profile Yellow (U6770)
Proline Wedge Squared (8230-103)
Both of these front tires do NOT come with foams because they are not needed.
Front wheels need to be cut to be the correct width for both of these tires. Here's a video.
2WD Buggy Rear Tires
Schumacher Mini Pin Yellow (U6608) with medium open cell foam (U6734).
Proline Pin Point Rear Tires (8228-103) with included open cell foam.
4WD Buggy Front Tires
Schumacher Wide Stagger Yellow (U6810) with medium open cell foam (U6733)
Proline Pin Point 4WD fronts (8229-103) <-very aggressive, may cause traction rolls
4WD Buggy Rear Tires
Same as 2WD buggy rear
Stadium Truck Front Tires
Schumacher Stagger Ribs (U6708 or U6525) with medium open cell foam (U6541)
Stadium Truck Rear Tires
Schumacher Mini Pin (U6816) with medium open cell foam (U6541)
Schumacher Micro Spike (U6542) with medium open cell foam (U6541)
Short Course Truck Front Tires
Schumacher Mini Pin Blue (U6768) with firm insert (U6772)
Proline Pin Point (10100-103) <-some trimming of the outer pins needed to prevent traction rolls
Short Course Truck Rear Tires
Schumacher Mini Pin Yellow (U6767) with firm insert (U6772)
Proline Pin Point (10100-103)
Extreme Hobby Shop keeps these tires in stock and can bring them to the track on race day if you let them know.

Chassis Setup Tips
- Set ride height for buggies to around 15-17mm. Trucks will be higher, but not much.
- Limit suspension droop (down travel) considerably. Too much droop will cause you to traction roll.
- Change to mid-motor layout if you have the option. Rear motor will wheelie very easily when you get on power.
