I have 2 more questions.
What is the drive ratio for the trf419? Is it the same as 417?
I looked everywhere, but I couldn't it find it. I am looking for a pinion gear for stock 116t spur gear.

Second question is:
The c hub area has some up down, forward and back slop.
Up down is about 0.1mm or less, I could shim this one, but it made the steering some what less freely, so I left it that in-shimmed.

But forward and back a another 0.1-0.2mm slop. I think it is there due to the design of the part, I couldn't fix this one at all.

I don't think there is such car called slop free.
When you guys have to choose, would you rather have a slightly bind slop free, or moving freely, but has a little slop?
It is a small car, so I don't know how much slop is acceptable. I am not sure if I should be anal about it like many of you on there.
Thanks for advices!
If you had to choose between binding or excessive slop. Choose slop. If anything is binding in the car. It will have a much worse effect on handling. There should be spacers inside the C hub to remove the up/down slop. If it's too tight, use a different spacer thickness. Regarding the C hub moving front to back slop. Usually a .1 will fix that problem. Take your time on the build process. Or your going to hate driving the car at the track. (Any car)

Here is my beauty after some changes.
Raceberry short damper stays.
Black XRAY shocks.
As for the springs I used progressive 2.5-2.8 at the front and 2.6 at the back.

Car was absolutely joy to drive yesterday.
Let's see what will Raceberry chassis and top deck bring next time.

Very nice TRF 419

But the XRay shocks much to expensive. I ordered some lower damper stay from RCRacer. I bought the 2mm Chassis with steering brace and the Tamiya short shocks 42273.

Make a new Video on youtube the next few days.

Well they are not that much more expensive than set of the TRF shocks
Set of T4 shocks will set you roughly 70 euros + shipping.

I'm using vbc short shocks on mine with the rc Racer towers . It went very well today once I found the setup.
Still having problems with the diff tho. I'm going to drill the hole in the outdrive and use a bigger pin ,that should fix it . I used my 418 diff today no problems at all

Is it a shim issue? What class do you run as I know some people who run mod have had issues, but I dont have any with my 13.5 and 17.5 running.

I run mod 4.5. And it seems that when I run on a large track I'm able to use full power the diff cannot handle it. The pin damages the back of the bevel gear. The drive pin is not the wright size for the slot in the back of the bevel gear , bad design.

Very interesting, never heard of that problem.
I'm running the 4.5 on my 419 and since day one no issues with diff.
It's not leaking or anything wrong with it.

What "punch" level you have on your esc?

Where did you get them? I found it on a website that charges me 38 euros for shipping.... I wonder if you know a place that offers reasonable shipping.

Please let me know. Thank you!

No, the bulkheads on the 419 are wider apart.
