Your shock oil sounds a little stiff, try running 500cst in the front and 400cst in the rear and see if that helps.

As far as the bladder, you might be tightening it too fast causing it to collapse.
Thanks.
It's only one shock. build them all the same. tried at least 15 times and slowly...

I bought a used BR-6 about a month ago from a member here. Due to work I've not had a chance to go over the car before this weekend.
I found out that the front shock tower is broken at the holes for the upper arm.
I'm also missing the clutch nut and the inserts for front and rear arms :-(
In one of the shocks the bladder collapses into the shock body when I tighten the shock cap (happens before fully tightened) any fix for that?
Get the convex bladders.

mugen pistons are 15.0mm, Intech pistons are 15.1mm.

I would get the 8x1.2mm tapered pistons for a bumpy track.

You can also get the black br-5 bladders if you can't get the convex bladders, they work better than the stock and last longer.

diff oil 10-7-3
shocks 1.3 6hole front and rear.600cst front and 550cst rear
intech puprle springs front and rear
front droop full rear droop limit equal to front
front shocks inner hole in arm midlle down hole in tower
rear shocks outer down in tower outer hole in arm
roll center middle inner in tower front and rear.Rear camber link long in hub
ride height 27f 27r
hinge pin inserts RR 1.25(toe in) RF 0.5(down reduce anti squat) . FF 1.25(toe out) FR 0
camber angle stock
accerman midle hole
Some things I would try:

- get the same tires the fast guys are using just to rule tires out.
- forward brake bias ( remove some rear brake by adjusting the brake nut)
- Ackerman all the way forward
- front roll center inner lower on tower , rear inner center on tower.
- try 400-500 cst on shocks depending on ambient temperature,6x1.3 pistons
- rear shocks all the way in on tower
- remove some steering travel to make it less sensitive to steering input.

Here's a few pictures from this weekend racing at Fear Farm in Phoenix, AZ (home of the Dirt Nitro Challenge). Struggled a little in qualifying but made a few setup changes (Shock position, Springs, and Tires) and the car was pretty good! I ended up 6th at the end of the Pro A-Main against some really fast guys.

Default Yay- Yah!

Yaya. I got my first BR-6. Been driving a BR-5 for 1 year now. Its only a V1 (but I will upgrade it with the V2.0 upgrade kit Very soon) I have allu caster blocks, rear hub carriers, hudy springs steel turnbuckles & shafts, xray lightweight out runners from my BR-5 that I think I will put on. Would you guys do that too? or am I better running the 'Six' stock, and seeing what I need after a couple of runs? I've also got a Shiny new RB-BX /pipe combo

Thanks to Barmah Hobbies for a great deal and Long Live Intech!!!

I would run it stock until you get a good base setup, then start testing option parts.
