Default SANWA/airtronics M12S Receiver plug issues?

Hi All
I just bought a SANWA M12S after using a KO radios - Mars, Helios, EX1 for more than a decade. I have an issue in that none of the plugs for my servos, speed controls, fans etc fit the sawn/airtronics receiver...... I am really shocked and stumped is there a special connector and will I have to change the plugs now on all my gear?
Help

Not that it helps you, but I have had the Sanwa 451, 451R, 471 and 472 recievers and most of the common ECS's, servoes, Mylaps lap counters etc. and they all fit in the reciever.

Some have been a real snug fit, but never not being able to fit at all.

Make sure u trim the excess plastic of the futaba connectors, I'm coming from futaba so I know the feeling it's def very tight when u try to put it in the first time.

Had the same problem 12 yrs ago. Real easy, With a Novak XXTRA ESC. Basically wiring is the same, just the plug is different. Futaba plugs are different then Sanwa/ Airtronics, Hitec. Futaba plugs has a tab on one end, and a angled cut out on the other. Just cut off the tab with a hobby knife and file or sand off the the angled end. it'll work

Other hobbyist change the plug by recrimping connectors and correct plugs, Which are available in some LHS and tools to do the project. Customizing length of your wiring

Good luck!!

Which rx is it? If it's the new 481/482 then it's a super tight fit. You just need to man up and push them in there! LOL

I've had to shave down pretty much all plugs to fit in my Airtronics receivers.
