Default Airtronics servo issue ?

Been involved in RC for several years, but ran into a first that has me perplexed. Using an Airtronics servo and RX along with a Hobbyking Justock (swapped capacitor with a higher capacity dual cap). Anyway, last night I began noticing the servo stopped functioning mid way through the battery. It just would stop for a few seconds and come back after I stopped the car. I have no clue where to start, any ideas are appreciated. Thanks !

Are you sure its the servo? Is everything else working at the time? Might be a loose wire/poor connection from somewhere?
