Edit: Just for information, I am using Wide +6 steering rack for toe and Route 246 1 degree knuckles. If you haven't done so already, bearings are a great upgrade and I only paid around $7-8 for the plastic steering rack assortment kit.

Just roll off the throttle a little entering the turn and power out.

If anybody has a sports and is looking to use a radio other than the KT-19, I was able to get my FlySky GT3B to successfully bind. The only catch is you have to open it up to flash the firmware as you need to reverse channel 4 on the radio to regain the full steering range.

I just bought an MB-010 Optima buggy. The transmitter turns on, but the LED on the car does not light up. I tried two sets of brand new batteries and verified polarity was correct. Any ideas what could be wrong or how to troubleshoot this issue?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Which side of the RCP track are people racing on? I found on-line that the grooved side is the race and the smooth is the drift side, but not sure if that was a typo. Hard to tell by video's on-line but it looks like most race the smooth side. Our club has been running smooth (just assembled the track that way) but when the track gets a little dusty it seems to get slick. I tested some blank tiles and the groove side seems to have good traction and not as affected by dust.

Try pairing the tx/rx and if that doesn't work then you probably got a bum rx/ESC.

Seems to be a little more forgiving with dust but with real good traction still. The only thing I did notice was a little less forward bite. Either way I guess we all are racing the same surface on race day.
Our track sits in storage before the club race day so it seems we need to invest in a better shop vac or leaf blower to get the surface clean and the traction up.

Hi guys
I have been driving the kyosho MR03s on an RCP track for the last few weeks. Have some upgrades in there - high grip tires, ball diff set, metal bearings.
I bought some upgrades that ended up not being compatible after I got them like the FRP T plates, so I want to make sure the next upgrade I get will be compatible.
Looking to upgrade the motor, will the xspeed V motor work on my MR03s ? Do I need to do anything to the board to make the motor work like adding FeTs ?

A previous poster stated that he experienced his board frying after using the x speed motor.

If it's new take advantage of the warranty. I've had a connection problem on a well used one with the 5 wire plug that connects the two halves of the board. With the body off it's visible and if it's not connected you get no power light. Of course there could be other causes as well.
