Well, another year has come and gone.
Another new name will be added to the wall.
Karen, Heather and I would like to thank everyone that made it to the event this year. As well as thanking those who helped to build this year's layout, you know who you are, and your help, as always, is greatly appreciated.
It was truly a pleasure to see as many old friends as we did as well as so many other "tracks" represented here this year. Although we did not present a Team Challenge Award this year, Summit RC's Crew, without a doubt, brought nothing but an A game to the party.
The format being a non-traditional Reedy Style race format was new to some. Rewarding consistent finishes with every race being a race against each other and not just the clock for the "god run" as an IFMAR style race would provide. This, in it's self, posed many new issues for us to deal with during the weekend, as all rounds and heats had been pre-setup prior to the event based on pre-race registration.
The "curbs of death" and "dots of doom", were respected as well as saving many cars from ripping off corners, which would result in DNF.
Here are the results, 6 total rounds with 2 drops. (please ignore some results, as they did not participate, and I missed them during the deletion process.)
