Default Icharger warranty?

my 308 duo has a issue. I can't find the info in any of the stuff on the cd it came with of what the warranty is or where to send it.

anyone know what the warranty is and how it's handled in the usa?

I'm not sure but that's one reason why I purchased mine from ProgressiveRc, If something comes up I have heard they are awesome in support.

I bought it at a local hobby shop. I know they'll send it back. just wondering if anyone had to do this before. they got it from buddyrc he said they're a dealer of ichargers.
I'm not even sure if they have a warranty. there's no kind of documentation with them.

I have to wait till monday to take it there.

Have heard good about BuddyRc, I'll bet your LHS will be able to get things going thru them. Good luck.

From the BuddyRC site, ProgressiveRC shows similar:

One year manufacturer warranty handled by Buddy RC.

if you guys have one can you tell me if yours is like mine, my LCD is rather dark in the lower left corner. almost as if you're pressing on it. I'm wondering it it's normal. it's very annoying especially for a $270 price tag it should be flawless.

I have a 406 duo but shouldn't matter, No I don't have any dark spots in any corner that I have noticed.

I sent back a 406 duo last week, and hoping they warranty it. Only a month old and it just shut off and smoked.

Just a FYI -

Progressive RC's warranty service is 2nd to none. They have excellent turn around time, and great communication. This alone will make me continue to be an iCharger user.

Great to hear, and yup its nice to know that things will be taking care of if a issue arises.
