esc fan problem

i am having a problem with the fins breaking on my esc fan.what causes this?is there a better fan out there?

You running off road? Probably debris hitting the fan. Viper makes some 'tough' fans, at least that is what they advertise.

If you can't find a tougher fan, you might try putting a piece of window screen on top of the fan.
