Default Balancing Board Adapter?

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the noob post but cannot seem to find a good source of info anywhere.. Very lost on the whole Lipo thing. I just purchased a big lot of offroad stuff from a great member here. He's including 2 5000mAh 2S batteries, these ones: Edit - can't post links.. They are team EAM 2s 70C 5000mAh in a hard case (not shorty).
I also got along with it a new Team Orion touch advantage duo. It comes with 2 balancing boards and the ability to charge 2 batteries at once, but now I don't know if the charger comes with the plug to go from the balancing board to the batteries, I understand balancing is a must when charging. Does the charger include the cord I need? If not, which type of plug do I need? There are a lot of confusing types, XH, EH, etc. Do I need different charge leads to fit my batteries?

2nd question - Do I need a battery sack when charging/storing? Is this something tracks require? Does one just put the battery with all plugs hooked up inside of the bag?

Thanks in advance.. This has been very confusing for me, out of a long hiatus!

The batteries plug directly into the balance board.

On my batteries, are the plugs that plug into the board removable/built in to the battery itself or do i need some type of connector that's balance board -> connector -> wire -> connector -> battery?
Does my charger do built in balancing? Or every charge, all batteries must be connected to the balancing board?

On the pictures on the EAM website, I don't see the small connector with 3 wires that would plug into the board.

The seller says no balance adapter is included, so I am not sure what kind I need to get, that's all.

Assume the packs look like this, with built in bullets?

Best I can tell those have the 4mm bullets for the main connections. Some of the newer packs have 5mm bullets, but I don't think these do, not completely sure. Try contacting EAM to be sure or measure them. The smaller middle connection is a 2mm.

EDIT: EA is also a forum member and supports the http://www.rctech.net/forum/team-com...?highlight=EAM

Your charger should have the 4 in 1 boards best I can tell, so most balance connectors should work. Assuming I'm correct on the packs you need something like this 4mm bullet adapter:

About half way down this page.

Or here.

Suggest checking with your favorite shop when ordering, this is a common type of pack and situation.

Thank you for the help! It's all pretty confusing for me, and my local shop is unfortunately an hour away. I'll pick up some of the connectors before everything comes in. Thanks!!
