Spec Slash racing came up again this weekend. I'm down for it if anyone else is. Here are the links to the "official" rules and a pretty darn good setup. This is low buck fun. I did use all of the allowable aluminum upgrades on mine, it doesn't make her any faster but it definitely takes out the breakage factor. Maybe adds 90 bucks to the cost of the truck. You know you've spent more on the hot motor/pack of the week for your buggies.

Quick question. Seeing as 1/8 E-Bug wasn't the natural disaster everyone figured it would be, should we plan on it being a regular occurrence at the trophy races?

I don't have one myself anymore, but I wouldn't mind seeing this more at our trophy races. The constant threat of death should force the marshals to pay attention...

Maybe for eBuggy and 4x4 SC, we should give the drivers a shovel and a bucket of dirt and make them repair all of their divots. Ha!
