Yes and he extended the track so it's even bigger than last year.

The outdoor track was looking pretty cool by the time I left on Saturday evening. Basically the same layout, but going in the other direction. The turn at the far left as you walk towards the track from the parking lot was pushed out a bit, to give more run-up length for what will surely be an entertaining triple. The middle triple was replaced with a nice long double, and the downhill double was replaced with an uphill floater. Should be fun...

Will the outdoor track be ready for Saturday or is the trophy race the official opener? Also what tires for outside? Thanks!

Outdoor tires at RCHR depends on where we are in the season. Early on, the track is loamier and cooler, so Goosebumps, Bow Ties, etc. (moderate pin depth) tires are good. For most of the summer, Holeshots, Tazers, etc. (shallow to moderate depth) work just fine. When it is warm out and the track is well packed, Flip Outs grip like sh*t on a blanket.

I suspect you have too much fiber in your pre-bedtime diet.
