Awesome! I am quite jealous. What electronics are you going to run?

And the build begins.

Just want to give a shout out to HRP for getting my kit to the LHS so quickly.

I may be doing something wrong, but the cvd's hit the top of the out drives on trany before the shock bottoms out. Anyone else or what did I do wrong?

Got my kit today from LA Parts House. I believe they got a few in yesterday if anyone is looking.

After reading this I checked mine when I got to this step and it looks like mine would bottom out as well so I put both 1mm spacers on the outside of the rear hub. seems to work ok now.

Two tips when building:
Install the front shock tower to the bulkhead before installing the bulkhead.

The plastic used for he bumpers and body mounts is very soft, don't over tighten the screws.

I am going to start with a shorty placed all the way back then make adjustments as needed. Running 17.5 in mid motor.

Sounds like an aweful lot of electronics swapping and chassis protector removal/reinstall. Let us know which one you like the best!

I had my scr geared at 28/72, I will start there on this truck.

I finely got the shocks built and I have a problem. I built mine with the MIP puck system and UMW705 (D-in) and UMW707 (C-in) and even with both 1mm spacers on the outside of the hub the dogbone still bottoms out in the outdrive. looks like I need to limmit the up travel or widen the track with.
