How would changing how far the shocks are tilted change the handling as an adjustment?
The setup sheet for a YZ2 does not have a place to list these shims as an adjustment, where are you seeing that different shims are being used?

Just because there is a shim somewhere doesn't mean changing a shim makes an adjustment. Go ahead and try different shims and you will see it doesn't change the handling of the car.

I can't speak for the factory drivers but definitely seen the ae shocks used on the yz. This might require shimming if they use short shock standoffs, it keeps the shock cap from hitting the tower and puts the shock back inline close to kit.

Who the heck would run AE shocks on a yokomo. Nevermind, this is with stock yz2 kit
