It's likely that the circuitry (excluding MOSFETs) is the same between the Cirtix and the Reventon.

Thanks Howard, I did some more digging on google after posting, turns out the cirtix wont work on 1s at all, however the HW just stock will, so thats fine.
I am looking at kits at the moment, i had a serpent s120 ltx v2 previously but didnt get on with it at all..looking at the yokomo r12c3, looks beautiful but it seems like you can only use their wheels with a very specific offset and only mobgums or yokomo (obviously) make pre glued n trued sets for it.
Its either that or a CRC carpet knife XTI but the yoke does look beautiful but the wheel situation does put me off some.. anyone wanna shed light on it?

Today was my first day back at 12th scale since about 2004...WOOHOO! Glad to be back.
That said, I'm a bit rusty on tires...
- Is there anything I should be doing between runs?
- Saucing technique? (we use SXT at the track I run)
Thanks in advance...

looking for a new 1/12 motor (17.5).... here are my options at the moment:
Tekin Gen 2
Orca
Team Powers
Killshot
Reedy Sonic (either generation)
Any opinions on these motors or comparisons would be helpful

1. Killshot RPM with purple or turquoise rotor
2. Reedy Sonic 1st gen (haven't tried gen 2)
3. Tekin, tested both RPM and Torque version. couldn't get it as fast as a Killshot
Haven't had anyone locally try the Orca or Powers motor in a 1/12 so I can't say anything about either.

good to know, I'll keep the killshot in mind, as it already was, want to hear about the orca and team powers in 1/12, I know people testing them in touring but not 1/12 yet
what difference did you notice in the different rotors of the killshot?
