Default RC noob needing some help.

Alright ladies and gents, every time I turn on my esc, the motor starts running and I have to stop it by pressing down on the throttle. I am not pressing the throttle on my radio when I'm turning the esc on and I am a bit confused on what will cause the motor to do such a thing.

Hope that makes sense.

My setup.
M11 Tx with a Spektrum DSM 3CH Pro Module
Spektrum DSM 3000 Rx
Reventon Pro ESC
Reventon Pro Competition mmm 10.5 sensored motor

You probably need to do the calibration procedure with your ESC again. Make sure your throttle trims are set to neutral before you do. Follow the procedure in your Reventon manual (should be available online if you don't have it.)

It's usually a really simple process i.e: "Press this button till light flashes, pull trigger to full throttle and release, push trigger to full brake/reverse and release"

Thank you, I will try this. Complete face palm because I never calibrated my esc. So I am pretty sure this is the issue.
