Awe man, so much for getting the new iPhone. I guess with the money I saved I can buy 2 RSX's.

Here is another old pic of Randy's car with the RSX in it. Excited this has been tested for so long. We might be getting closer to a release date.

I assume after the worlds a release will go out. Anyway, I was talking to a phone nerd at work (my brother) and he informed me my phone is not capable of USB hosting and neither is my wifes Nexus 7. It would require 2 things, the hardware needs to support usb hosting and the OS needs to support it. Apparently, the nexus 7 was build to do it, but they never took the time to actually make it work.... So keep in mind, just because its designed for android, does not mean your phone will support it. I would require a new phone to be able to use this. When Tekin releases this tech, they might want to release a list of hardware and OS requirements for the phone/tablet.

For the most part any android device that supports "OTG" cables and is running Honeycomb or higher.

We've tested it successfully on a $40 4" tablet purchased from Wallyworld.

ok, yeah, my bro told me about the OTG. My phone does not support OTG, but I do have Honeycomb, so I would need to upgrade. Curious, what wally world tablet did you test it on? Some people might be looking for a cheap small tablet to use just for this.

I was thinking the same thing, which tablet?... that is very affordable... I have 3 rs pros and have been happy with them but I will get an RSX for my buggy for sure to try.

To show the love, Randy prefers getting flashed by a dozen man-boobs when he's on the driver stand.

Yeah, I saw that too. I just thought Randy saying which one they tested would be a good confirmation.

We've tested quite a few, some work, some don't. Of course it's impossible for us to test all of them, but we will absolutely put out a list of the ones we know it will work on, that iView being one of them.

Awsome. I am sure people will really appreciate it. After looking at that iView, it likes like a good xmas gift for my 8 year old. Since she races with me, I might as well put the tekin app on it.... lol.

Randy,

Why not just take the TLR route and say you don't know what people are talking about
