Phu, I put a real motor in the tekno....nose dive problem gone. It's flying like a bird now. Lol ask Jeff, I threw it down for my first qual went to clear the back triple, pulled the trigger and almost flew it off the track into the side of the madness building.....geared down 3 teeth for the next round.
I'm going to test my theory again tonight about the lighter battery. if that doesn't work, i'll play around w/pistons and my springs next.
Yup...geared down it feels pretty good jumping now and has the rpms needed to keep the nose up. Maybe your battery has a weak cell or something. I mean how much heavier could it be? I did just see a story that tekno came out with stiffer springs for the 410.
There originally were no plans to have a race this Sat night due to the holiday weekend BUT, if there is enough participation John is up for it. He has an hour drive so it would need to be a pretty solid commitment if you say YES.
