I could be wrong. Testing of prototype will begin in 2015 for the 2017 worlds by then 4wd will be at the lowest popularity. lol

I have seen the new car, someone I know sent me some super secret spy pics that a friend of his took that is testing the car took.....This thing is off the hook.
Mid motor mounted pointed toward the rear with a small shaft that runs the rear end, the rear end has an scte type of gear diff in it. the output to the front is wierd a shaft to a bevel gear that runs the front belt drive system. The front has a one way like the xx4 and a ball diff the size of the xxx4. Drive shafts look like the traxxas style sliders but are much smaller in diameter. It has 13mm Big bores that look like the old cartridge shocks from the xxx series. Has a body that looks like the xx4 with a huge wing like in the pic above. Has neon orange rims and what ever it is called it will come out as the Dakota Phend edition. Cost to the consumer is gonna end up being right around $0.02 cuz that about all this post is worth........LMAO

The only good sign I see to this thread is when Todd Hodge posted it marks the first time a TLR driver that is in the know posted on this thread, shortly after the first TLR post on the 22SCT thread we got word about the truck so hopefully Todd's post means he was allowed to post on hear because normally they stay away from these speculation threads.

Insightful, but wrong.

I heard the diffs use unicorn tears and the shocks have a 5mm bore. The batteries use dilithium crystals and you need a TLR branded flux capacitor to properly power the brushed motor.

I have it from a very unreliable source that the name will be "TLR Sugar Crusher" since all the tracks are getting "sweet" this days...
