Default Help with Hobbyking 150 amp esc on/off switch

So I have a Hobbyking 150 amp esc and the on/off switch go ripped off and lost. The problem is this is one of the 3 wire on/off switches with the calibration button.

I'm looking for one of two solutions.
First, does anyone have a link of where to buy just the switch?
Second, does anyone have any idea if there's a way to solder the 3 wires so the esc powers up when the batteries are plugged in?

Either solution works.

The third solution is to buy another esc that has one of those switches and end up with a useless esc....hence why that's not my favorite answer.

EDIT: Nevermind. I see Novak has them.

I had to do some googling to find a thread on this. My esc's switch was messed up and would turn off after a hard hit. What i did was solder the black wire to the red wire and left the white one by itself. It's perfectly fine and the calibration ability remains intact. All you have to do to re-calibrate is touch the white wire to the other 2 when needed. Car stays on and haven't had anymore issues with it turning off unintentionally.

Interesting. I tried that and the esc didn't power on when the batteries were plugged in. But the esc is tested and works (by installing a female connector on the torn wires and plugging in a switch with calibrating button from another esc).

Well I experimented with the wires and it's actually White to Red permanently for the on feature and touching with black to go into program mode. But yes this worked.

I already ordered a novak switch LOL but still had to experiment.
