Default Cheap motor from Hobbyking?

Hi, I'm looking for a cheap 1/8 BL motor from HK for Losi 8ight buggy.

I'm holiday racer, no hard bashing or big power need.

I like this motor http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=31080. What's your opinion? Someone with experiences with this motor?

Thanks for help.

I was looking at that motor myself for a GT8 (1/8 scale onroad buggy). I currently have a trackstar 2650kv (sensorless) and so far its been fine. I like that the 2350 is sensored and can run up to 5s (if you wanted highspeed runs or just the higher efficiency with higher voltage)

edit: Here's the motor I currently have.

This is the one you want:

I've been racing with this motor for a few months now, and it has gotten me to quite a few podiums. I really like the power, it's just there @ every rpm. Very smooth as well. My esc has punch that goes all the way to level 9, and right now i'm @ 4. Very impressed and at less than half the cost of other "bigger brands".

That motor isn't a bad choice but if your running 4s I would go with the trackstar 2650kv 6-pole...

Uh....2650Kv on 4s is way too much. Insane power, but not controllable in a track setting. Not to mention unwanted heat and smaller gearing range available. Ask anyone @ your local track, and they'll tell 1900Kv is plenty for any situation. Lower Kv = more torque, less speed, higher Kv = more speed and less torque. 2650Kv on 3s would be a good setup as well.
