Are the SC10 body posts in the same location as the SC10.2?
Essentially, will my SC10 body fit on the .2 without drilling new holes?

I just did some tinkering with my SC10 with VTX10 and 8.5 on my backyard track. I ran to lipo cutoff with no boost, stock timing and 12K PWM freq and the motor came off at 146. The track was a bit wet from this mornings rain and by the time I was done I was probably carrying an extra pound of dirt 150 isn't the end of the world but it does seem kinda strange. Is it a super tight track? Do you have some binding going on in the drive train somewhere?

wide open track very fast...12k really...I thought that would heat the esc up and motor? it did run better tonight at the race temps were around 130 140 after 5 min heats and 8 min mains

Raising the frequency increases ESC temps but lowers motor temps.

Not at all providing you have a basic understanding of how to pull something apart and put it back together (placing parts in order whilst removing them).

Okay cool, just figured I'd ask if there is any certain way. I'm buying a rebuild kit tomorrow kine stopped working. Like whenever I hit the gas, the spur and pinion gears move. But the tires and drive shafts don't move at all. Any ideas?

Inside the diff, the gear between the drive shaft gear and spur gear shaft is completely chewed up and almost like its melted together.

Idle gear. Did the same thing to mine a couple of weeks ago. Run your slipper gear more loosely.

Uhh, could be a silly question, but what exactly do I need to buy to switch over to the VTS slipper?

Also, are the gull wing arms/.2 tower worth having over the standard flat arms? I'm only running standard small bore shocks.

Cheers

If I haven't said it yet, I'll say it now. Very very impressed with the Avid sabretooth +3 wheels and the avid steering rack. Big difference.

vts slipper and the b44 spring. Or you could download the sc10.2 manual

Quick question. Is shock oil and diff oil the same or no?
