Default Possible Discharge Problem Mamba Monster Esc

Hello everyone

Upon getting my first hobby grade RC which was the Erbe, I bought 2 2s 7600mah Traxxas lipos and right from the get go one of the cells on one of the batteries never reached 4.20v, only up to 4.16v which was the reading when I first got the battery. It has progressively gotten worse to the point where the voltage drops to 3.0v while the other cell in the same battery is at 3.7v and the other battery is at a similar voltage if not identical. I disregarded the bad cell as I thought it might balance out later down the road when I first got my Revo but it didn't. Plus I'm in Canada so I couldn't really take advantage of the Traxxas Lipo warranty. Go Figure

Now after only 10-15 runs through those two batteries, I bought two SMC 6500mah 2s Lipos. I have had really good luck with the same battery only they are 4s ones for my Losi buggy. I balanced charged them for the first time and they charged perfectly, 4.20v across the board. I was having a blast finally being able to run my Revo not having to worry about that bad cell. Upon reaching the 3.4 lvc, I came home and began to recharge the two batteries. To my surprise 1 cell in 1 of the batteries read only 3.14v while the other cell and cells is the other battery read 3.51v. I began to worry a bit because it looked just like my other battery.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows why the discharge on my Esc might be doing this. Or if it isn't a discharge problem, what could it be? My charger is not the problem because I've charged many other batteries and my single 4s ones I have never do this. Only batteries that go in my Revo it would seem. These are the only 2 pairs of batteries that have gone through it and the outcome is looking the same. Any ideas?

I really don't want to go through another battery for what seems to happen for no reason at all. Thanks for reading

Sounds like the charger isn't balancing them correctly, as much as I hate Castle ESC's I don't think we can blame them on this one.
