Default Pro-Tek Batteries

I just purchased a 100c stick pack and then got ready to charge it and realized the plugs on it are 5mm instead of the standard 4mm.

Does anyone know of an adapter kit that woudl allow me to use my older plugs that all of my other packs have? Or now do I just have an expensive new paper weight?

Thanks!

The battery should have come with the 5mm bullets right? Are you hooking up bullets to ESC directly? Are you trying to make a charge harness? If you have a charger harness for 4mm packs you could always unsolder the 4mm bullets and re-solder the 5mm bullets on it. More info is needed as to what you are trying to do.

Yeah the pack came with 5mm bullets but all of my other packs are 4mm bullets. It makes no sense to unsolder my connectors I get ready to use this pack. I was essentially just wondering if there might be an insert that is out there that would change this from a 5mm bullet to a 4mm bullet.

Simple = buy a selection of the corresponding bullets you need, 2 male 5mm bullets and 2 female 4mm bullets, and make your own adapter.

This is no different than when everybody had shortened wires on their ESCs with Deans Ultra Plugs attached, and then all the better batteries started coming with with 4mm bullet connectors. We made our own adapters.

You can solder a 4mm female bullet into the 5mm bullet on the pack. works perfect.
