Interesting, I tried 2 o-rings for the first time last week and I was a little off the pace.
I can't be 100% sure that caused it, but I'm definitely going to test it back to back with 1 o-ring because I'm pretty suspicious.

Have you had a chance to try the t-shox Merv?

If not when mine is built I shall get them on and let you know how they compare to standard shocks.

I'll do a back to back when I get the car bud. I take it you're doing the nationals?

That's the idea, as long as funds allow.

I have the same issues with my diffs I have three of them two spares the only way I stopes it from leaking mind you not 100 percent but allot better than before is that I use diff grease not oil just a little in the diff and no more mess the diff works fine it's like using 2000 diff oil with out the leak I have tried every thing mentioned in this forum and nothing worked but hell I love this car

When i built my diffs, i coated the O-rings with green slime or lithium grease for 15 minutes before i built my diffs. I've never seen it leak since i built them in January, and i've done 4 race weekends.

Can anyone tell what battery mounts these are? They are not the yokomo ones that are 17grams (!)

I am looking at getting some carbon fiber mounts made, i'll keep you guys posted on that.

Ideas, comments?
get in contact with Raceberry, he is almost finished with the new low shocktowers for the BD7. Combine those with the new short T-shox, Serpent or Xray and youre set! http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/p...84670138332601
