Uploaded with ImageShack.us

You can take the link to see the original image so you can zoom in on the heat sheet to see times of all the racers etc.

Take a look at the sheet. Yes Cesar did win. By 7 seconds and he ran a very very consistent race. John took second place, and look at his times. There is some high timed laps in there. Probably just a mistake or something while Cesar on the other hand didn't make any. I don't want to take sides with anyone or cut anyone down with my post but I am just putting it out there. Also Stan I really don't think Cesar meant it that way. Everyone probably looks forward to you being at the track it makes it competitive and more fun. You and Vu were not at the track this day and I think both of you could hang with Cesar's car if not beat him. Cesar was faster too because he had a higher final drive than everyone else. That could be a huge part of it. He agreed to gear down to match everyone else so I don't see a problem with that. He would be the same speed. (if I am correct Stan beat John the weekend before. Wouldn't that give him a really good chance at beating Cesar?)

What is up with the whole TCS rules thing too? As far as I can see looking at Tamiya rules you have to use "Tamiya option part's only" that means you can't even run different screws in your car. Which I think would disqualify 50% of the people there. Doesn't that mean that once I buy a Serpent F1 cause I have wanted one for awhile now that if I were to bring it out to MARCCA on a Sunday to run with the F1 guys and say I win my first night out. Am I disqualified cause everyone bought Tamiya cars and does not like it.

I just got a M06 and I put a buncha money into it too. I feel like I will be able to compete just fine with Cesar (besides the fact that he is a great onroad driver and I have never done it before lol) he is running a car that is RWD and is a Mini. If the cars are balanced speed wise and we have all of our good drivers there. We will see how it goes.

Sorry for the long post. Hopefully I didn't miss anything. See you all Sunday.

Let me explain in a way you offroad guys may understand.

What Cesar did would be the same as if he showed up at Trackside and entered the Spec Slash Class and when his race came up he dropped down his Losi 22SCT.

Max - it is obvious that Cesar has been into RCP and cried the blues on your shoulder. He has been carrying around that sheet all week showing it to everyone who will listen.

Maybe the next time you see him you can teach him how to change the pinion on a electric RC motor - He told me on Wednesday he didn't know how and someone would have to do it for him?? and this guy has been racing for 20 years??

Ignorance is not a valid excuse!!

Max - Did you really need to post the picture that big?

Stan- stop lying. You should have put my entire sentence in the quote.
Matt Lust: I thought you & I had a deal that we were going to talk on Sunday. You have been hating on me since last year. And ignorant- well it takes one to know one. I think you’re a bad seed for the program.

Why do you think that?

The picture was not intentionally that big. I had to use my friends phone and for whatever reason that happened.

I don't have any problems with anyone, and I am not taking sides. But are you saying the numbers on the sheet are wrong? Why cant he have a chance now that he is geared equally? If he is still clearly faster there should be a problem. Someone could have changed the gear for him if he really didn't know how. That's why its a club.

I wouldn't say Matt is bad for the club whatsoever. I know he's done good things for the club and the people in it in the past. This whole thing just needs to get figured out.

There's nothing to figure out...

Ceaser bough a car with the intention of running it in a 'Tamiya m chassis class'

Ceaser gets POed when people complain.

Hilarity ensues...

Everyone needs to take a midol and... Wait, what am I thinking...

I'll bring in my 1/8 buggy to race on sat. Gabe will bring his durango 4x4 too.

The rules for the onroad classes have been posted on the drivers stand for as long as I've been racing onroad...

I don't know why you are acting like a 10 year old...

We should figure things out Sunday. Things will be clear once the gearing is right. There was a 7 second difference... If Stan had a 25T pinion on his MO6 or a 17.5 motor even for example something tells me there would be a lot more than a 7 second difference...

Using your Logic:

The flyer says:
Buggy - so does that mean you can run a B4 or maybe your 811e?
F1 - So I can run a F1 with a 3.5T motor?
Stadium Truck - Does that mean Zac can run his RT5 with a 4s and 550 motor.
Sedan - Rick can run is TC6 on Foams?

The rules may not be written - but we all know them.

You get the point.

It just never really was out in the open to me that it was a Tamiya ONLY class. I wouldn't have a problem with it being one though if Cesar's mini is actually unfair. Which has not really been proven.

Out of curiosity has anyone that has an M06 driven his ABC?

Propper roll-out will correct a lot of these issues...
