Sam and Jim check your PM - update on the rental car info. Got us a full size car, but not by choice... Word to the wise - never rent from Thrifty. Idiots - all of them.

If it's not a Roval I'm in.
This looks quite interesting, have to put in the plans for one to attend soon. Although it's definintly a Tour Car race, pan car was a side note.
I checked out the website last week and saw the first round sort. Was quite surprised at the head count. Any ides why the sudden jump in attendance?

Having done a little VTA racing, I have to say that the Canadian VTA rules made it the most fun I have ever had running VTA. Also look for the middle TC class which was boosted 17.5 to be 13.5 blinky next year. I have been working with the race organizers to bring the race more inline with what the rest of North America is doing, and they are listening. I am going next year for sure.
Hey guys..I'm in need of some early xray parts... I have a t1 evo2 and a t2 009... I'm a drifter, so the ball diffs I have are useless to me in unmodded form....and I hate modding perfectly good ball diffs....anyone have a spool or 2 they would be willing to trade?( I have a jrxs type r I can use for barter if you have more t1/t2 parts you can offer)...I live right by the track so I can pick up when you come to gets some laps in...thanx in advance... van

I have recently been feeling pretty burnt out and stressed leading into nats and MHIC, but upon seeing the photo of the nats layout I am rather excited and looking forward to getting to Philly. Pretty crazy what just a simple photo can do.
we will see how everyone feels about getting apex bombed by overzealous d-mainers trying to do a hero lap. not a fan at all. taking nothing away from the amount of work and effort that the track crew has put in, it looks great, just not a fan of a zero penalty track.......

Those plow disks will throw you into the next county if you hit one dead on, its a huge risk/penalty to choose to cut in just a bit too far. But also nice that if you do go in tight you wont be automatically thrown across the track if you get bumped or pushed into where a board would be. The fact the disks/dots are inside the painted/plastic line which will probably be fairly slippery as-is means there will potentially be a penalty doing that anyway.
Either way - everyone is racing the same track - if cutting in on the line is the fast way to go, then everyone will be doing it. If it isn't, then people wont be.
