I just buy new cheaper then alluminum ugrades and work well...i have the alluminum in the rear but thats only because you get a bigger bearing on the outside and the bigger bearing is better. avid alluminum steering bellcrank good too

Some guys run the caliburs here. But they are mostly the novice guys. The novice guys like them, no idea what. All of the faster guys run gridirons. IMO the proline tires wear out fast... all of them. But their foam is softer and works nice outdoors. I tried some blockages and they felt pretty good.

so, this is my first season of racing and im having a blast, currently driving an sc10 4x4ft. love it, but 2wd is coming on strong. what are the bare minimum i need to do if i were to buy an sc10? i know hexes are a must-not into having special fr/ rr tires. are big bores that valuable? vts? steering link? do i buy a kit and spend another-$150-200 on upgrades, or wait and hope that a .2 version is coming out that addresses all of these issues? also, what would be a good motor. our track was just changed. smallish and very technical. dog-leg straight and technical infield. any guidance is greatly accepted!

I just bought a kit last night, was gonna wait for the .2, but I figured by the time us mortals could get one, indoor season would be about over and I want to play now. New kit releases are nothing new in this hobby, just do what you want, because they will ALWAYS come out with something new.
