I think it's a good idea to tech the 17.5 class. If you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about. Not a big deal. Not sure why guys in the stock class get a ll bent when they have to tech their cars. If I was running in a cash race I would have no problem with having someone tech my car.
And the other thing, if you've won 5 consecutive 17.5 trophy races it's probably time for you to move to mod.

I would agree. It ranks right up there with dominating the Sportsman class week after week. 17.5 or any other spec class is not supposed to be a step up from Mod. I guess if you can't hang with the big boys in mod and your only concern is winning then...
No changes to the track have been made. The track will stay the same for the trophy race. After Saturday's trophy race the track will be closed for an entire new layout to be built.
TRACK CLOSED- Monday Feb. 11th through Monday Feb. 18th. Good luck to everyone in PA.
Still have some crew neck sweat shirts & some 1/4 zips in stock.
Also Embroidered shirts will be ready for Wednesday 6th!!

sizes for the vertically challenged people like myself. if not, that's cool. i can wait.
Just like in life James you have to challenge yourself, if you want to be successful you surround yourself with successful people. And in racing if you want to be fast you surround yourself with faster drivers.

it's me. sorry guys. i've been running a 10.5 motor that is also below the weight minimum in stock with an esc that's got a bunch of boost added. i also have a gyro in it. on trophy races, alex has been controlling my car from the pits. haha. jk. seriously though, why not tech the stock class for trophy races? plus, if people want to run mod, run mod. if people want to run stock, run stock and have fun. if you're dominating stock, then u should move to mod.
As for 17.5 teching, I just want to point out that I run a Novak Kinetic, which does not "blink" if boost is turned off. Instead, the white status LED will be on. If you check mine, you'll see that the white LED is **NOT** on, which means it is not running boost.
