INTECH RACING - BR-6 BUGGY!!!
#376
People always get mad at me for giving my opinion and speaking my mind, so im sorry, but nowhere in that video did that buggy rotate or turn well, now i know it was new and it will def get better as it breaks in and u find a good setup, and it could have been a mixture of the wrong tires, but that buggy pushed like a dump truck!! And it will b hard to believe your hara was worse!!

Been so busy with work I finally got a chance to run the Intech for the very first time after building it weeks ago. Basically ran Gene's setup from the Sideshow and played with the ride it and the car was pretty close to dialed. The track is pretty small so I should have ran the 15t but it still boogied and coming from a Hara, I love the way this thing turns and rotates. The video is pretty bad when uploaded to youtube but I still included it, enjoy:

Cant see your video. Hope you are happy with your Intech, I have mine pretty dialled here in the UK, we race mostly astro but we are hitting the dirt pretty soon!
I have an indoor event in March, 300 ton clay?? but will be hitting the real dirt afterwards. I am so happy with the BR6 I have my freebee but am actually buying a 2nd car, one for astro 1 for dirt.
With you guys running dirt 24/7 can I ask for some advice? I run 5-3-1 or 3-3-1 depending on the weather here in the UK so 5-5-4 scares the Shit out of me!
Please explain why you are so high in the rear? Also when I tried 5 in the centre it was too aggressive for me and needed to push more towards the front.
I have also created intechdrivers.com more towards getting a team of UK drivers but I would love it if we could attract some USA drivers.
We would love to take part in your events and vice versa!

The link somehow broke but its fixed now,..as for setup I traditional run 5 5 3 but since this a new chassis I went with what others had success with already. My first run felt good but im gonna go down in the rear just to see what effect it will have.
Also I did have problem with stock body kept tucking into the front of the side mud guards during jumps because its pretty thin, anyone using a different lid, FTW, Bitty, or proline.

Also, if you prefer 3 in the center, try 10/3/3. 10 in the front will give more on power steering and keep the inside tire from ballooning up.

Thanks guys, I'll get a couple from FTW and Bitty to try, Neesh which bitty style do you have (force) cause its sick also do you know if the the new Bitty XB9 will fit? I guessing both required some trimming to fit?

I have the FTW MBX6 and 808 body to try. As soon as I have time to cut them out, I will let you know which fits the best. Its just been crazy busy the last 2 months.

Yes, its the FORCE body. The only trimming I had to do was the engine sits a little farther back on the BR6 so dont follow the indention. also on my engine, I had to cut out a small hole for the hs needle. Other than that, fits nice and snug.

not sure about the mugen body as I didn't try one yet.
Heres the link to the xray on Absolute.

I'm guessing they may be discontinued soon as they marked the price down to 15.99 now. Not sure though.
Here is a pic of mine with the hole for the HS needle. I made it a little too big though.

and here it is side view

I'll take more pics later with close up shots but I had these in the computer already.

I've also lined up one from the MBX7 from the underside. It looks like any body for the X7 should fit but the stock body is already pre cut from the factory. Not sure how the X6 compares to the X7 though.
