EDIT: Cleaning house sale. B4.1 WE with big bores and all the goodies for sale. SC10 4x4 with tons of spares for sale. SC FT 2WD for sale as well (hexes, BB spring conversion, and 2 bodies).
I'll get pics of everything tonight. If any of you guys are interested, you get first dibs, but let me know asap. The buggy will come with a ton of tires, I believe I have 2 sets available for the SC10s.

Hehe I don't use that motor though I use the Novak super stock 17.5 motors that come with the club spec esc. Haven't used that motor in my buggy ever and haven't used it in my sc since I got back from fl. At the prev trophy race I was tempted to put it in my sc but didn't have a soldering iron lol so the prev trophy race my cars were 100% roar legal.

I think track management will need to chime in on the use of the D3.5 motors in the near term. A number of people, myself included, bought these motors to try them out after getting a peek of a purple endbell sticking out of the back of a car that just spanked them in the main. Did it help? Maybe a little, but to be frank I think my driving and car setup improved more than any impact the motor had.
Does this mean, even though most of us are not ROAR members (and I'm not even sure of the track's ROAR status) that we will be enforcing all of the other ROAR rules rules going forward? Who's running a "blinky" ESC that's not on the ROAR approved list? How many other 17.5 motors are being used that were never ever on ROAR's approved list? Is there a scale at the shop to check weights? This is club racing folks, so where do we stop with this?
Frankly in the 17.5 classes it's more about clean, consistent and tight lines than motor anyway? Regardless of the ruling by track management the one thing I don't want to hear from my competitors that I'm cheating. Up until yesterday's announcement those motors were ROAR legal and the outcomes of all races up to that point should not be in question.
That said, the Orion's will go back in the buggy & sc tonight. I'll run the D3.5 in the ST since we only run that mod anyway.
So who's up for a class action suit against Trinity for false labeling of a product?
