Here are some pictures of my T4 chassis. I was going to run it as a buggy but decided to keep it as a Stadium Truck. I put Titanium sides, a Titanium shelf that will hold my Receiver and ESC, and I fab'd Titanium servo mounts. I actually made the servo mounts for all 3 of my AE vehicles

Ran the truck for the first time last night and had a blast. Started 7th, last, and made it up to 4th before finishing 5th. Only thing broken was a front axle and I'll take the blame with the way it landed. I do wonder though how it was only a steel axle that broke and nothing else. The landing didn't even pop either ball cup off. Probably going back for more tomorrow.

It happened the same exact way that your's did. Right at the pin. Hex, wheel nut, and pin stayed with the wheel and it broke right at the bearings. Axle was left in the trash can and the truck is at home. Sorry but can't do a picture.

Both my B4 and T4 have the AE hex conversion with a third set of everything, minus one axle, so I'll be staying with what I have for now. I've had the hex conversion of the buggy for a while and this was the first issue I have had. Should it continue I will rethink my position. Thanks for the help.

Anyone using JC front axles in the 9880 steering block with JC Mono wheels up front? Are you using the wheel shims? Or am I just using the wrong block? I seem to have about 3/16ths of slop using the AE plastic hexes when the wheel nuts are seated firm to the axle collar.
