If it's all of the lights and they continually flash, it needs calibrated to your radio. Turn on your radio, power up the ESC, press and hold the Mode switch until it chimes. While beeping, pull to full throttle and hold for a chime. Press to full reverse and hold to a chime. release reverse and wait for the unit to finish.

try applying either throttle or brakes just a teeny bit, barely enough to make the trigger move. If then it beeps, you need to check and adjust your trim.

You need to remember that the chime comes from the motor and not the ESC so if you have no motor attached you will not hear a chime.

Some motors chime louder than others.

Did you calibrate the ESC to the radio? What LEDs are flashing and did you look in the troubleshooting section? Are your throttle EPAs set on MAX (100%)? Is your Neutral point set too low? How is your ATL set? Is it plugged in correctly?

Yes everything is plugged in correctly...i know this because
When i reset the esc to factory settings+ sensor only
Mode everything works perfect....

When i try using 1 cell(for 12 scale) thats when i have problems...it changes to dual mode instead of sensor only mode...so a few questions.....i am using a external 7.4v lipo for rec pack...
Do i need to turn on the esc switch ??
Do i need to check off the 1S box in the hotwire software.....i am using
The latest 223 software..

Yes, you need to check the 1S box.

You can have the ESC either on or off with a receiver pack. (I use a 220mah LiFe pack). If off then you have no LVC, if on the LVC is operational. You can leave the red wire plugged in.

OK I'm home.

First plug in main battery (1S).

Then I turn on the RX pack (mine has a switch but you can plug it in for the same effect). It chimes and goes into blinking LED mode. It's optional to turn on the ESC for the LVC function but not necessary.

Now if you don't plug in the RX pack and only use the ESC switch you get no chimes but the LEDs blink as supposed to. Now the motor won't run (1S voltage is too low for the ESC control unit.

So my guess is that either your RX battery is bad, dead or undercharged.
