Default Mt-4 to M12. Worthwhile?

I think the general concensus is people would buy the m12 given the chance. I have an oppertunity to do so, upgrading from an mt4 which i am extremely happy with.
Only features i use are chset features. The normal epa, exp/arc failsafe ect. I run 12th scale, touring and nitro touring cars mostly.

To people who have had both.... Did the extra $300 make your times better? I noticed a lot going from a 3pks. Pretty sure the fhss4 was faster and the radio lighter, more comfortable with much better trigger, and easier to navigate.

Is the m12 so much faster than the mt4? Is it worth upgrading to for any other reason than having the best, nicest stuff?
