This is what thew JC website says...
Mono - T4.1 - 12mm hex F&R wheel - available in white and fluorescent yellow - 4pc.
Part # - 3354W
(Fits Team Associated T4 line of vehicles)
(requires JC part #2170 front axle)
(#2081 clamping hex adaptor front and rear)
(#9880 AE inboard hub conversion)
I originally read that as sc10 front and rear, but you are right. They are saying the rear hex front and rear. As stated with the part number.

CONFUSING!!! It was much easier to buy aluminum hexes for my SC10. One set works with all wheels.
I will be using AE steering block and axle. So it looks like I need two sets of ASC9890 - 12MM ALUMINUM CLAMPING WHEEL HEX, BUGGY REAR (B4.1/B44.1)
If I want to use AVID then I neeed two sets of AV1002-RR - B4.1 Clamping 12mm Hex | Rear
If I want to use Jconcet I need two sets of SC10 front.
I plan to buy Associated hexes. I have had JConcepts and Associated on my SC10 and the Jconcepts easily strip out. They need to supply a 6mm instead of a 4mm screw.

You guys are making this way too confusing. First determine what wheels you are going to run and then follow that manufacturers recommendation for what parts are needed. Both DE and JConcepts have listed what is needed for their products

Is there anyway T4.1 wheels can be shared with a 22T?
Either direction.. I'd like to get both cars to use the same wheels front and back.

What's the advantage of the hex conversion? Just ability to rotate tires?
Had nothing but troubles when I ran either the Proline or JC hexes on my SC10 2wd when I had it. No issues up front but had issues in the rear. Couldn't tighten down the rear lock nuts very tight as it would cause binding. But leaving it loose would cause the wheel to come off. I tried axle shims but no help. Went back to pins and never any issues. That's why I haven't converted my B4.1 or T4.1. Just my experience that's all.
